Shipping & returns

How are orders shipped?

All original artworks, in France and abroad, ship by Colissimo (French tracked post) with signature on delivery. Framed, ready-to-hang paintings ship flat and carefully protected (plastic sleeve and bubble wrap). Unframed paintings ship rolled, in a plastic sleeve, inside a postal tube.

Prints ship with USPS, FedEx, DPD or DHL.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you receive a tracking number by email.

How much is shipping?

It depends on the weight and size of the packed artwork and on the delivery address. In France, shipping for paintings starts at €13.80. Framed paintings are heavier and cost more to ship. Shipping for fine art prints costs €13.80, whatever the quantity or country.

How long does delivery take?

• Mainland France and Monaco: 3 to 5 working days
• French overseas territories: 5 to 22 working days
• International: 5 to 15 days

Which countries do you ship to?

For legal reasons or carrier restrictions, we do not ship to: the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea.

Returns and exchanges

If your artwork arrives damaged, write to maeliartiste@pm.me with a photo of the parcel.

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind: let us know at maeliartiste@pm.me, then send the artwork back in its original packaging; you are refunded as soon as it is back at the studio. Return shipping is at your expense.

Custom commissions, made from your photos, cannot be returned.
